Welcome to Sociology Student

Hello!

Welcome to Sociology student. I am completely new to this, possessing no idea how to 'blog'- so bare with me as I try to navigate this new endeavour!

So- what is Sociology student? Basically it's my opportunity to talk about contemporary social issues- ranging from race to class inequality to climate change! The pretext to this is that later this year I will be starting a Sociology degree at university, so this little blog will help me stimulate my interest in Sociology for now- and it might interest some of you out there too!

But don't worry to anyone out there who isn't interested in Sociology, as (despite the overall branding of this website) I will be delving into other topics. This will include revision advice, as sometimes teachers telling us to 'revise' isn't enough, we need to know how to revise- effectively and productively

I reckon that's it for now. I am excited, but also quite nervous to start this project. Hopefully this won't be my only 'blog' post- as that would be quite the anti-climax....
